Changes to Calculations and Saved Analyses
CapitalLot may modify, update, or correct its calculation methods, formulas, scoring criteria, assumptions, and features from time to time. Such changes may affect the calculations, scores, grades, risk assessments, and other results produced by the Services, including results for deals analyzed previously.
Saved deals retain user-provided inputs but may not preserve a permanent record of the calculations, scores, or other results originally displayed. When a saved deal is reopened or analyzed again, its results may be recalculated using the formulas and scoring criteria then in effect. Investor Memos are generated using the calculations and scoring criteria in effect when the memo is created.
Users who wish to retain a record of a particular analysis should save or download a copy of the applicable Investor Memo, where available. Users are responsible for reviewing updated results and independently verifying calculations before relying on them for investment decisions.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for verifying all assumptions, calculations, expenses, income projections, financing terms, property data, and investment decisions.
Any investment decision should be based on your own research and professional advice where appropriate.
No Guarantee of Results
Real estate investments involve risk.
CapitalLot does not guarantee profitability, cash flow, appreciation, investment performance, financing approval, project outcomes, or any other financial result.
Past performance, projections, and calculator outputs do not guarantee future results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapitalLot and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services, or your reliance on any information, calculations, scores, analyses, or other content provided through the Services.
CapitalLot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.
